Privacy policy

Last updated 6 October 2026. Taliah is in beta and this policy is a short draft. A full policy is coming.

This website

When you send us the form on our contact page, we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to tell us, such as your phone number, your village and your message.

We use these details only to reply to you about Taliah. We don't sell them or use them for advertising. They are stored securely with our hosting provider, Cloudflare.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you're a person and not a spam program.

Taliah's calls

Taliah calls residents of villages that have signed up. Residents can ask to stop at any time. Taliah always says it is an AI. Calls are recorded, and residents are told. A resident can say “forget that” at any time.

What a resident tells Taliah is shared with their village staff so they can follow up. To run the calls we use service providers (Cloudflare, Vapi, Twilio and Anthropic). We don't sell anyone's information.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email info@taliah.com.au and we'll reply within 30 days.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, please tell us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
